The 260 probably represents s/n 47-1260. If so,I think that plane is N6702C, 7BCM488. I have the military records for 47-1260.

Heads up everybody. There's an L-16A N66582 7BCM235, mil s/n 47-1020 for sale on e-bay. It has Florida military history. It has some damage to gear and wing tip. See e-bay for auction and pictures.

Anyone know the thickness of the reinforcement that connects the wraparound halfs together. The drawing is 3-530 but I can't find a copy on my drawing CD.
