If you want a new plastic card and want to take care of the ICAO language requirement you can request a new certificate from the FAA with the English language proficient statement on it. I'm pretty sure they will remove the SSN and issue a new number at the same time as well. Costs 2 bucks I think. ...

I am hangar space shopping just to get an idea of what my long hankering for an airplane is gonna cost me when I finally buy one........ Yesterday, David Wayne Hooks (KDWH) T-Hangars quoted at $325 per month with a 25 name waiting list. Williams (9X1)over in Porter, Texas quoted $255-$285 per month....
