The FC does not fit in the light sport the gross weight is over 1320 pounds. It is 1450 pounds.

I bet that is in the tail spring not in the tailwheel. The tailwheel has to be at the correct angle, I have seen that the tailwheel is to stright down and not streched out behind the tail.

Have you considered replacing the connector with a type that will fit in the hole on the radio and work with a plug that you have.
