Just a thought but how much stick forward do you use on take off? When I was learning I used a lot of stick forward and it put a lot of pressure on the mains and tires and they wore fast. The FC does not fit in the light sport the gross weight is over 1320 pounds. It is 1450 pounds.

I bet that is in the tail spring not in the tailwheel. The tailwheel has to be at the correct angle, I have seen that the tailwheel is to stright down and not streched out behind the tail.

Joea You do not have to take the cylinders off. You do have to cut the old tubes off with a hacksaw blade or what ever works the best for you. first r/m pushrods, stuff papertowel in hole past wher you cut then r/m the two pieces. r/m lifter and their case (forgot what they are called) r/place gaske...
