Hi Senior, I have over 400 hrs in Tcrafts and like them great flying airplanes but the visibility is less than many planes and none existent looking fwd while taxing (about the same as the Kitfox) with a good 65 they get off the ground very well cruise is 90 94 mph on landing they just love to float...

Hi, I would check with the local fuel distributors sometimes you can buy ethanol free gas in bulk (they can get it before the ethanol is added), you may have to buy a couple hundred gal to make it worth their effort. Here in MN 91 oct can be gotten ethanol free for classic cars, snowmobiles motorcyc...

Hi Joe, I had to reset my browser to not delete cookies when I shut it down, before I would delete all unwanted cookies each day with no problems but since the upgrade here I can't do that, all the other forums I visit would maintain the log on cookies but its working ok now.

Hi I posted about this happening to me back on July 7,09, I would have to log in everytime I come on the site. I am not using AOL, have a PC using Mozilla as my browser.

I'd check on e bay they come up for sale there. while the RV ones will work they look kind of RVish and will sure catch the eye of an A&P IA or FAA type.

Just curious if anyone else is being automatically loged off when they leave the site, or I maybe should say when I shut my computer down? Hi Senior, from your description it sounds like the oleo bushing in the case frame is worn badly. I'm thinking you mean radial play not up & down play.

Hi Vintage, you are so right the Champ is a great airplane, I have never been a J-3 fan but the Super Cub I like I owned one for 25+ years a 150 hp and I liked the TO and climb and I like the SC trim system but the Champ is soooo easy to see over the nose, and vis inflight is outstanding the room wh...

Hi Dennis I think Keith's trying to put one over on us I head he been laying into the donuts and is now up to 161 lb leaving only 14 lbs.
