ACA told me the Franklin powered 7ACA did not have a mixture control??? I'm looking at the TSDS for that engine and see: "7. Carburetion The Franklin 2A-120-C1 engine is equipped with Carburetion Marvel Schebler MA-3A float type with manual correction of mixture." ??? Anyone know the truth...

Hi Sonny My bird is Serial #17-71 Interested in doing wheel alignment, ACA is telling me they have shims for toe-in out only and gear leg itself is the camber. It has both the Military and Aeronca data plates, history is a L-16A converted to a 7BCM then converted to a 7CCM with C-90 eng by service letter 15 has two wing tanks and header. Value of L-16B
I would like to find a way to value a 1947 L-16B CCM I would like to make an offer on. Cannot find any recent sales of such. Any ideas or formula about how much the Warbird status increases the value over a civilian model 7AC with 90 hp?
