WTB Cleveland main wheel inner hub

WTB: Cleveland DMB or DHB inner wheel hub. With or without without bearings is no problem. Both halves no problem.

Re: Instrument panel hole cutting tool.

Hello All, Thanks for responding to my message. I hadn't heard from anyone and ended up driving down to A/Spruce and buying the dual hole punch. I have to say its such and easy task with the right tool. While there I bought the instrument hole template and knocked it out in one afternoon. Paul you w...

Torque Setting for engine mounts

Hello All,

I've been been looking for the torque to use on the 7/16 bolts used to mount the actual engine to the engine mount thru the rubber bushing and can't find anything. The TCM service bulletin has 7/16 bolts being torqued 400-450 inch pounds or 33-37 foot lbs.

Is this right?

Re: Starting the Champ Project!

Hello All, Well as the year winds downI have almost finished the wings. The journey has been amazing and insightful to say the least. I thought it would take less time but there is always the unforeseen that pops up. So if everything goes right, I'll be able to say it took a year to do the control s...
