Wanted: Carburetor Heat Box for O-300

Looking for a heat box for my Sedan (Continental O-300).

Spruce sells it for $177 (looks different), Univair for $700 (looks original)! But both come without a form 8130-3 which I need for Switzerland. Instead of spending a lot of money and still not have the necessary forms, I thought, somebody might have a used, original one.

I just happen to have one that will fit and Work on your Sedan.

I actually did find a used one in good condition from a company in Sweden (not Switzerland, where I live). Even came with the required paperwork.
