Rubber seals at wing gap

Post by mtw »

I am looking for the rubber seal that goes on the edge of the wing gap seal at the leading edge of the wing. This is the piece that ties into the windshield. I checked the suppliers but no one listed anything specific to Aeronca. I wanted to see what some of you may have had luck using.

Thanks,

Todd

Would have to look again to see what it looks like but Wag-Aero has several styles of wing root and others listed in the Catalog.

I used the Wicks part number RC-4. Worked great for me.

Todd.
I get mine from Univair. It's listed as an Ercoupe windshield seal. Quite a bit heaver than the "h" rubber listed in the bulk products.
