Auction Nov first in East Berlin Penna, Estate of former airline pilot.

Home complete with 2600 foot perfect grass runway. Hangar houses a Stinson 108 with 180 HP conversion, CS prop..5 Hrs on engine, airplane is a 9.

1973 CHAMP 90 HP with milinium cyls. Wings are off, inprocess of being finished. All metal new spars, ribs, with ceconite applied and a few coats of primary. Airplane must be hauled out of Auction. Rest of champ is very nice, red&Creme, about a 9 inside&out.

wife and I drove up to auction site yeaterday. What a perfect pilots hideout. Capt. Wolf flew heavys all his life according to brother. When wife passed away in 1980, he moved back home to Penna. and built runway and small home. He was working on Champ when he became ill. Stinson is to be inspected and annualed this week. Champ has 90 HP, in GOOD shape. Very little effort to make champ first class. Hope this helps someone.!

Wish I could win the lottery! It sure looks like a nice place to retire and fly for fun!
