What the heck is it with these monster tires, you guys?? Those things look like hell on a Chanp!!

When I got my Champ it had 800s and I took those ugly things off as fast as I could and gave them to my buddy, put on the correct 600s and it now looks nice. I fly out of my pasture. This is a cute little, dainty two place lightweight. This is not a macho 4x4.

Landing on gravel bars in Alaska is a different story-I'm not talking about that.

They fit right in with the background, here in Ohio they would not fit in. I have not flown out west but looking at Joe's, John's and others that have posted pictures on the net along with You tube I would have a set for safety and alittle fun.

They set you up for short field and off airport landings planned or not.

Yea, they're 31s.

They're also pretty nice on soft mud.

Tried this on 8.50s once. Was a long, miserable night.....
