Do you have the old latches? They can be repaired very easily. The WagAero parts are produced by the former SafeAir folks who were taken over by WagAero. Apparently WagAero is out of the stock that was produced when SafeAir was bought by them.
The AAC has a back issue of Joe Dickey's newsletter that can pretty much tell you how to make a latch from raw stock. The latches you want are a
box with a 1/4" square hole for the door handles. Don't get the Citabria ones since they will wreck your door putting them in. Call WagAero again and ask to talk to anyone who was with SafeAir. They had the complete thing for about $80 or so if I remember back then.

door latches
I contacted Wag Aero about their cabin door latch and they said they
would fit my 11CC not the handle part, just the inside the door part.
catalog page number 38 upper left. $59.95 Think nothing else will do
to fix the thing on the inside of the door. The bolt that holds the door
closed goes into a plate that holds things shut and you can make one from
a strip of alum. or what ever and a couple screws with some help from
J B weld to help keep things in place. fixed my right door this way and
it works fine now. always did carry a bungi cord with me in the cabin
in the event something came loose or open, so you can strap it down
to get home. OH Well.
