Engine size
The baffle is the same for a 65 or 85. The only size difference between a 65 and 85 is the cylinder barrell.

Yes, I still have the baffle set. Call or leave me your phone number and we can talk about it.
Thanks,

I installed the WagAero baffles in my Champ (C85) and thought they were a horrible fit (at least for the C85), especially the "Fronts".
Another thing is if your Oil Breather tube has been re-routed up and back (like many), then you'll have to "plug-a-hole" in the Front Right baffle
and cut a hole in the Right Rear.
Also, (for the Back Left) if you have an STC'd "spin on" oil filter.....better get out your Tin Shears and Pop Rivet tool.
It's just a lot of "fine tuning" (if you know what I mean). It would be nice to spend a "couple of hundred bucks" and just "bolt it on and go"
but that ain't gonna happen, so then, what are you options?
I might be wrong but I don't think there is a set identified specifically for a C85.
My finished product was "day & night" different than what came in the box.
It just boils down to if you want new baffles -or- how many times can you patch the old ones?
but if you asking me, .....buy Jeff's, it's still better than starting from scratch, it'll help him and here's the best part, it'll save you a few bucks.
just a "heads up", Jim

The baffles for the C series engines are quite a bit different than the A series. I have seen many aircraft with wrong baffles but they don,t appear to have cooling issues. The Service letter for installing the C85 has the part numbers I believe.
