I just finished getting the annual done on my Champ yesterday. I always like to get the annual done before putting the floats on. Very few sqawks, actually I think the only one was a broken primer line I hadn't seen. He seemed pretty impressed when pulling the oil screen and not seeing a speck of anything. Said, "Dang, not even a speck of lint!"
Anyways.....I had noticed that a groove was getting worn in the pulleys for the trim on the elevator so I ordered new ones along with the bushing from Wag Aero. Actually I bought them last year when I was at Oshkosh and never really looked at them until yesterday. My question is....does the pulley need to be reamed for the bushing to fit? The bushing is to big for even a press fit. Plus, they only sent me one bushing instead of the two I asked for.

Thanks Jerry!! I did recieve a call from Judy (?) at Wag Aero stating that the bushing was a press fit. The pulley they sent me though would need some reaming before the bushing could be press fit into it. I would guess the pulley is at minimums and the bushing at max. dimension. She said they are making more this week and will send me new ones.
