7AC door handles

Did the 7AC come with door handles on each side of the door? Is the picture in the photo the original door handles offered for the Champ?

Don Jones on Ebay sells Aeronca door handles that are as close as can be to original.

Hi John, yes those are the early 7AC door handles later on they had flush style. nifity aren't they . Well at least I like them

Any thoughts on converting the (outside) flush type to the (outside) handle type?

Hi John, it could be done but it will require fabricating and riveting a flush patch on the outer door skin to close the hole made for the flush type handle. I really don't think it would be worth all the work (at least not for me).
