I copied the following off Barnstormers. MISSING 1947 AERONCA CHIEF • WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE • 1947 Aeronca Chief; Serial# 11AC-S-17 "N3796E". My fathers' plane! Last known area Woodland, CA. No longer belongs to last registered owner. My Son recently got license and A&P degree. I want it for gift to him to restore. Many hands will help me find this plane.
