English wheel?

Post by CptKelly »

I am in need of some english wheel work. We have a cowling part on my son's Champ that has a few wrinkles in it, but is not cracked or banged up. I was just wondering if there is someone around here who could run this flat piece through a "wheel", and fix it? I live in the Columbia, South Carolina area. If you know of anyone that has a wheel around here, please let me know.

Ken & Lorraine Morris at Poplar Grove Airport (C77) in northern Illinois use an English wheel for such projects, if that helps.

SeaHeli on the prop section may have an English Wheel. As well he is not too far from you.
