The fabric & paint on my Champ is only about three years old, but is showing signs of wear in the normal places where bugs get squashed & canopy cover is blown by the wind & chafes the paint. I found that our local O'Reilly's Auto Supply will match & mix rattle cans of paint for $29.95 each. When I took samples into the store I happened to mention to the clerk that I still had the original gallon cans of paint & he said to bring them in & he would use my paint to do the job for $2.00 per can & $5.00 labor. I said at that price I would like to buy 3 cans of yellow & 2 cans of red. Then he said he would do it for $2.00 per can & a total of $10.00 labor. I pick the cans up tomorrow. This may be something that others like myself hadn't thought of.

"Rattle-Can" Touch Up Paint
Re: "Rattle-Can" Touch Up Paint
I have used "matched paint" at the car parts place in the past and was very happy with the result. It was not cheap but the match was pretty close and worth it in my case.
