1946 Champ 7CCM for sale.115HP lycoming. Newest champ you'll find . Fusalage stripped primed and painted, new wood and fabric winter 2006.
New spars 04, wings redone (insurance job due to hail damage) winter 2009. New carb + heat box, new mags & wiring harness, New struts spring 08
Edo 1400's floats, wheels and ski's.
When I bougth this aircraft I was proud to finally own my own (Yippy-no more renting),Reason I chose this champ first was price, I thought low cost plane and i would slowly rebuild it. Well I found out that there's no such thing as slowly then some how I was consumed in making it brand new thus I changed everything. The only thing I haven't done yet was to build a float plane door.
Reason for selling , well I'm a big guy and must get up to 2000 floats and also looking for alittle more leg room and payload. This aircraft has never let me down on the water even on hot days with a good load. My passion is floats flying in eastern quebec and flying into remote lakes to fish.
Check out a U-tube clip a friend made for me.

A 7ECA doesn't fit your needs does it? I have a nearly complete project I was looking to trade for a Champ.
