The article said that you may have up to four chickens provided you have a license. My question: How will you get the license plate to stick to the chicken? Is that front and back? Is there a vanity tag available?

Good point. Like most politicans they probably never thought of all the problems with a unfunded mandate like this. I'd suggest large "n" numbers on the wings and tail feathers .
