FLOATS WANTED

Hi everyone I'm looking for floats for a Chief with rigging and the rear fuselage fittings as well as any help in pulling this off.

I have a friend who has a few sets of EDO Floats that he is asking $6500.00 for. He may go less if you ask. But he does not have any of the hardware. His name is Jim and he can be reached at 425-330-8401

Hey Ken,

I thought you were buying the floats on Long Island? Talked to Eric Johanson, head of the EDO Division of Kenmore Air today. They are now supporting the 1320s and 1400s. They have the fuselage fittings. The Chief Spreader Bars are the same for the Champ and the Chief. The other rigging is different. Give him a call. They have, or can have all the other parts and also have been putting in new drawings, so you should be able to get all your dimensions.

Hi Ken,

I also understand that if Eric can get orders for 10 sets of 1320s, he can get his boss to approve manufacture. He is expecting to be able to supply brand new 60-1320s with all the required rigging for $11,000.00.
