Thats not a model 7 in that blue fixture...
Unless he is dumping the Mae West truss and gone to a rectangle cross section for the tail. Looks a lot more like a brand P.

You looking for a fixture for straightening? or overall length? Its not easy to do everything with only one fixture.

Jerry Jr., I am looking to do both. We see fuselages that have been wrecked and are not true at all. Just want the planes to fly right and be safe. We love having your input on the forum! Yup thats what it is !! But I said that in my first post That one belonged to and the guy doing the welding was Jim Soares of Rocky Mountain Airframes fame. We just don't get that many Aeronca projects around here. Plus I've never had a strait fuselage here to copy points off. I just replaced about 90% of the tubing on an 18A in mine , so one can do quite a bit in it. You could bolt on a lot of tube locating fixtures to it if you wanted to start one from scratch.
