I have my L16 up in Livermore,CA if you would like to look at it. It's close to your number,6451C.

Sam, I am attaching photo's of Lloyd's L-16A. Keep in mind this plane was finished in 1993. Some of this is just a guess. They were originally delivered without interior panels. A military service letter added them later. David J.
