7GC Parking Brake Installation

I am trying to install parking brakes on a 7GC airframe. The individual Clevland master cylinders for each brake were original and worked fine but I never had the parking brake working. Most of the parts are there but I think that there is a pair of return springs missing that assist in pulling the parking brake off. I can't tell where the springs mount on the airframe and the Service Manual drawings are more like a poor sketch and don't have much detail. I was hoping that someone could provide me with a few detailed photo's of the parking brake cable setup and some detail around the master cylinder(s). A drawing would also be very helpful as I am stuck without it.

It kind of depends on the master cylinders you have. Some of the later planes used the master cylinder with a park brake system that was integral.
If you have nothing now I would put in a Citabria dual park brake valve and a cable to operate it.

I already have the two individual Cleveland model 10-5 cylinders mounted and plumbed to the brakes. It all works well but I can't figure out how those levers at the back of the cylinders are rigged to the parking brake cable. I also suspect that there is some form of return spring that has to pull back on the lever (opposite the cable pull direction) but I don't see a place to secure the spring or what it would even look like.

There is a light spring that is used to release the levers. I don't remember where it secures either.
