Fortunately the way that the Warwick Municipal Airport is set up (the other airport I am based at), it is in the municipalities best interest to keep it open as an airport. Unfortunately East Hampton Airport is in for some rough times. We alreead went for it being an uncontrolled field to a part time, civilian, locally paid tower from May 1st through October 31st each year.
