Chief ash tray assembly

Post by mike danford »

Need the tray and receiver. Willing to let go of the ugly Hobbs meter that replaced mine... Fixing the dash was a bear!

Will look in the morning to see if there is one left in a Chief that has been reduced to parts.

Mike

I have two ash trays and two receivers. (one even had an old butt in it)

What do you need? One or both sets? Send mailing address.

If you still have an extra tray, I am missing one out of my sedan. I bet they are the same.

Ash trays are some of the hardest small parts to find since they corrode easily and fall apart after 60 years of ashes collecting moisture in them.

Out of ashtrays at this time, but I did enjoy visiting your webpage Mark and reading the history of your Chief. I always enjoy the subject and quality of your pictures.
