An examination of the link you posted reveals it is to a 'home' directory on presumably your personal computer and there is no way the world can get there and access it.

Aeronca Champ.pdf appears to be the file you want to share and if you email it to me I will be happy to put it up on shared server for all to see.

Great price for an airplane with actual Army pedigree. My understanding it came from the factory as an L-16A and has the appropriate C-85-8 engine.
