Wing Tanks for A Chief

Does anyone know if there was a model of the Chief with one or two wing tanks rather than the back Aux Tank? Service Letter for doing this or know of an STC?

Bob, There is an 11AC here locally that has a 5 gallon tank in each wing. I will try to find out what the approval basis was for that.

Bob, The Chief here has wing tanks from Aero Fabricators (Wag Aero) installed using their STC. Hope this helps.
