In the B-C Contact Vol 14-2 April 2004 Aeronca Corner by Carl White
Carl wrote about flight testing a new or newly rebuilt airplane, and I'd like to get a copy of that Safety Check list, as my 7AC Champ will be finished up, from a complete custom rebuild soon, all except for the engine that has only 55 hours from a chrom top. It's been two years since we started the project and I've only flown a few hours in a friends Champ during that time. I'd like to bone up on all the factors involved in a complete job, and how to go about a good check on my new machine. I'd sure appreciate any input, from those that have done it. Thanks in advance!

Best way to get lots of good stuff is to call local MIDO or FSDO and ask for the homebuilders package. Comes with appropriate AC's for getting a homebuilt ready for inspection and first flight, most of which applies to a recent restoration.

For anyone wanting to save a copy of the above circular, place your mouse pointer over the internet link, click on your right mouse button and then select "save target as," then a new window will come up. Specify a directory where you want to save the file and then you can reference it at any time.
Good information!
