Can anyone tell me the best way to stich the headliner to the bows?
Fabric is off. More concerned about how to stich it so it doesn't fall down or un ravel

Go to a good fabric store and get some various shaped needles. We used a couple of long one and one or two "C" shaped versions.
Use the best thread you can and go slow. Its a bear to do and hard on the fingers. If you know a good seamstress, pay her whatever it takes and get it done right.
Fit the headliner first as sometimes they can be a bit short and need to be pulled or expanded in one direction or the other.
Will try to get some photos for you later today.
