This fatherhood business really interferes with aircraft restoration.

Ok... I know this is not a picture of the plane but is this face not a good enough reason to slow down on the L-16 project? He's getting big fast!
Nate's suffering from double the feeling I'm sure.

I just finished the welding on mine. It's all primed and I'm trying to paint the interior silver this weekend.

Its getting there. The hardest part is over. If you can take pry yourself away from the jeep
the end is just ahead.
Are you going to cover the gear legs or leave them exposed?

I have my name and date on several areas of the plane too! I plan to cover the gear with fabric. It's on my short list of things to do. I've still got to iron my pinks and cover the control surfaces. The jeep was one of those things where you have to have something going on in the empty space in the garage.......
