Congrats!!! Any plane is better than no plane! Some guys out there are so "brand" specific it gets irratating sometimes. Sure I prefer the Champ over the Chief but if I would have gotten a good deal on a Chief I probably would have got it instead....well maybe not .

I always tell guys looking for something specific to open their eyes to anything that flies within their budget. I wanted a Super Cub....still do...but knew in my heart there was no way I could afford one at the prices they were selling for. I finally had a guy tell me he was selling his highly modified Champ on floats for less than half the price of a wheeled SC. I was open minded enough to know a great deal when I saw it so I bought the Champ and couldn't be happier. It does all I need and I fly around with several guys in SC's and have gone anyplace they have.
