Richard, thanks for the fantastic pics of the Flabob event. Too bad we weren't able to hook up. I left a week ago Monday and went to Austin, Tx to fly a Carbon Cub back to Oregon. Came across Southern Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and thru California, just north of Flabob. Very interesting trip, and windy. Gusty winds as high as 31. Pretty interesting in a -1000 lb aircraft. We are having a fly-in in Roseburg on the 25th of June. Come over if you get the chance.

Now I know you are serious, no one should be building a plane unless they also have one to fly. Now, with two things to see, I'll get over to Roseburg soon and plan on the 25th.
When I came by on my return last week there was a rain shower parked right over the field as I wandered, not lost, dodging showers under a 4500 foot ceiling on the way to Florence.
If I make any comments about cubs and the dark side, know that it comes from being green with envy.
Cheers, and congratulations.
