Be careful using the TCDS, sometime the're not accurate. The airplane needs to meet Type Design or properly modified condition. The TCDS is used for obtaining a Type Certificate not installation approval.

hell, I'm outta here! With all the "lawyers" we have running around I don't know how anyone gets off the ground. You all got me afraid to fly! Very shortly we're going to have one less Chief owner in the "club". Sorry about that! and I'm really sorry I asked the question in the first place.
