Alan,
I don't have that plane any longer but I was able to get the stacks to fit through the original lower cowl holes by cutting the stacks on a bit of an angle and rewelding them. It seems like the bend was slightly forward but it took some 'creative' fitting before welding in place. I also used the Cessna 150 exhaust on my 0200/L16 (7BCM) but I made a new lower cowl so I was able to put the stack outlets where they were needed. The Chief I'm working on now has the Halon Wilson exhaust so no problem.

I don't think I have pictures of either installation, though.

"A little forward" is true for us too. Playing around with some flexible pipe to model things out now.
