Sent my Paypal to Scott. Received my STC pronto. Highly recommended! He included a placard which I will rivet to my panel.

You need to post a placard that shows the limitations of flight with the door off. Just common sense items. No spins, max. speed 100mph, no smoking or loose papers. That's about it.

Big limitation (I believe) is slips to the open side. Not cool with the door off as it blows a lot of air in the tail cone area. Can also blow windows off on the left hand side during a slip.

There was something in the STC about the installer bearing all responsibility for the modification in perpetuity. So 20 years later, after the plane changed hands ten times, you get the knock on the door not the STC holder. Even if the modification was done correctly.
It was the first time I had seen this on a STC.
