Jerry and all,

If I have said anything that makes you offended or feel as though I'm attacking, I apologize. Sometimes dealing with a delicate matter on the internet isn't the smartest thing, so I'll choose my words better next time, or deal with it in a private matter. Once again, I apologize if you feel attacked.

I've had a few of those "arrivals" in my career.

It was a great day for flying here in Georgia today, got to take my niece and nephew up for a ride. He begs to go fly when ever he see's an airplane, but is all business when actually flying! I think he'll be a pretty good stick one day. And they love to do wing overs, or "up and down's" as they scream!!

Nathan your photo says it all for all of us.That was my sister and I in our fathers 7ac 35 years ago. He gave me something I can not get rid of. I have tried everything from drag boats to roadracing motorcycles.I still fly a 7ec.

I can justify spending that kind of money on an airplane and may be in the market for another or new airplane sometime in the future, and I am not alone.

Jerry, thanks for your input and hope you are sold out for years to come on the LSA and other ACA airplanes. If not its time to get the sales staff busy and make it happen!

Your photo tells it all. I have told my wife that I want my Champ to go to my four grandkids and that it can not be sold unless they are all over 21 and they all agree to the sale. There parents, if I get my way, will have no say so in the matter. If I get one pilot out of the group, I want them to have a plane to fly. All four of them (12,8,6,6) love to fly. "Pappaw, Paffaw can we go fly?" Or, "Do we have to go in the Car?"

Those of you who keep saying we should drop this subject might take note of the fact that without this string there isn't much life in the board lately!!

Maybe most are out flying, I hope to join that group right after the fourth.

Thanks Jim, Thanks Dennis.

I still remember vividly dad putting me and my brother in the back seat of his cub and landing on the frozen bays of the Hudson. We'd hang out with the ice boaters then head back to Rhinebeck. I'll see if I can't find a picture.

Dennis, I like your idea. Dad's cub will certainly stay in our family through his, mine and hopefully the grandkids years. I hope the same will go for my Champ, I know I'll never get rid of it! It's funny, Jake, the buzz cut in the picture, really doesn't talk much. He's just getting to the point where he say's one or two words together, but he could ask to go flying about a year ago! "Nate, we go fly?" over and over and over again.
