This guy is building a 30% scale model of a Champ. But what's neat is he building it exactly like the real thing, with a tube fuselage, wood formers and stingers. Interesting idea, hope it flys.

Very nice but an awful lot of work. Wonder how the hours to build one of those compares with building a real airplane? Bet its not a whole lot different.

Cannot wait to see the finished product.

Seems like it would be heavy with all the Alum. tubing, but who knows.

I bet you the cost would be close to the same aswell. I can probably rebuild mine, for what he'll put into it.
