Does anyone have experience with wing covers? I had to get a bunch of ice off my wings yesterday and was wondering if wing covers would save me some time and aggrevation.

Where could a guy buy a set of these?

Thanks Jason

Hi Jason, I posted a similar question under the heading WINTER FLYING. Take a look at the responses there.

It's been my opinion, if the aiplane sits outside, covers were a must. They can be a pain to wrestle on, but it beats waiting until noon to go flying. Especially when it gets dark at 5pm!

Might check out Kennon's "Discount Hangar."

Maybe PA28 wing covers could work?

3000 pieces? Are you kidding, Nate? There are 3000 PK screws in the old girl and another 3000 (6000 total)assorted parts. It is very fun and challenging though. :P

Well, you may have been right the first time. I put 6000 in mine, but seem to have @ 3000 left over. :?:
Wish that were dollars instead of pieces. :(
