For sale: 2 GPS MOVING MAPS BENDIX/KING new unused

Hi!
We are restoring an Aeronca Sedan in Switzerland. Last year, I bought a panel-mount Bendix/King KMD 150 GPS/moving map and a portable Bendix/King Skymap lllC GPS/moving map as a backup for it from Aircraftspruce. The idea was to have one permanently installed in front of the pilot's seat and, since it would be the only NAV equipment, have the portable as a backup or for my wife to navigate, when we are flying together.
Now, the project has advanced and the panel construction has begun. After recent discussions about the panel layout with our restorer and due to space considerations, I have decided to switch the equipment. Therefore these two units are now available for sale. Instead of placing them in ebay, I thought, a fellow Aeronca owner might be interested. My prices are between 20 and 30 percent below the Spruce price, depending on which unit you are looking at. Both units are in new and unused condition. They come with a copy of the Aircraftspruce invoice.
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please read this section carefully: The portable Skymap lllC cannot be operated on batteries. It needs aircraft power, car power or a mains adapter for use at home or in a hotel. Both units use the same software and therefore are operated/manipulated identically which makes them ideal as a team. Both units come with the Atlantic/International database. You can exchange this database against the America or Pacific database. The America's database cards, for example, can be purchased from Bendix/King for $250 (per GPS unit), shipping included within the USA. Warranty on both units has expired. And as a private individual I am not able to give you any warranty. The Skymap lllC's correct operation has recently and successfully been verified in my car. The KMD 150 has never been switched on, because I have not bought the matching connector, yet. Both show no signs of storage at all - after all, they ARE NEW!
