Tachometer Rebuild

Can anyone recommend a place to have my oem Aeronca Tach rebuilt? New one from Wag Aero runs $186.50.

Brad,

You have a guy in your neck of the woods who overhauls speedo's and such and usually will take on "interesting projects" so I would give him a try.

http://www.speedometer.com/ Owner is Rick Borth and he is located in Austin. Does a lot of older car and motorcycle stuff and well worth a shot.

Lowes Aviation in Macon, GA use to rebuild instruments. Henry did a REALLY nice job for us a couple years ago. But there was a rumor Lowe was getting out of intrument rebuild.

I screwed up and can't read my writing again. It's Henry Lowe without the "S" Not that it's a real big deal, but I hate feelling like an ass, calling someone the wrong name.
