Is this the one that has been cleaned up and a lot better video quality than the first one that has been selling on Ebay forever?

Yes.

The ones on Ebay are illegal bootleg copies.

This DVD also has the No-Bounce gear test video and the Wings of Mercy video about the air ambulance version of the Pre War Chief.

I was thinking of buying the video. I'm going to order the 7AC Service Manual. How long is the video? For those of you that have seen it. How is it? What does it cover?

I got a VHS copy years ago as a gift. It's maybe an hour with both features. It's just an Aeronca public relations film trip through the factory when the Champ was being built. It begins with two ladies in skirts and heels I believe flying to the factory in their Champ. As a piece of Aeronca history it's fun, interesting, and worth owning it, in my opinion. The second feature on it is a scripted B&W short film of a lady in a bicycle accident, an Aeronca air ambulance landing on the road and life flighting her off to the hospital.

In addition to what Roger said, the DVD also contains a short video showing the flight testing of the no bounce gear.

The No-Bounce landings look a lot like some of mine.
It is a real period piece, fun to watch once, but probably not something for other than us true believers.
