Does anyone have a copy of the STC and / or fitting instructions for a set of Aero Ski Mfg A1500 skiis manufactured in 1945 for an Aeronca Champ? If so could I have an electronic or paper copy please?

Did you ever find any paperwork? I have a couple of pages of "Typical Ski Installation" . They give the angle the ski should be when installed etc. I could copy and send it to you if you think it would help. Fax or snail mail. Sorry, but I misplaced your mailing address.

I have Federal Drawing 11R125 Installation Instructions Federal Aircraft Skis A-1500A thru A-2000A I will copy and email you. It includes info on most small aircraft including the Aeroncas.
I also have a copy of Fluidyne Drawing 11R241 Rev E Installation -Federal "A" series skis-Aeronca (Champion) A/C models Listed . However it is a large blueprint and I have no way of copying this and getting it to you.
If the Smaller one is not sufficient for your Feds, I would recommend calling Wipaire and ordering a copy of this blueprint.

We have two people on the fAA Aeronca list who can make copies of large blueprints. If you would not mind sending it to either gent they would scan it and return it ASAP.
This would make it available to everyone over the internet much like Todd Trainor has been doing with the various design blueprints for Aeronca's.
