That first shot is unbelievable! Good job.

Thanks for the comments. The first shot was achieved by flying close and slighlty below the J3 and skidding the Champ to point the nose at the photographer. I also had to fight the wing tip vortices off the J3. If you look close you will see I needed fairly good deflections on ailerons and rudder to hold position while he shot the pix.
