Post by JB7AC »

I have a friend here in Michigan that is restoring an L-3 and needs a complete exhaust system foe his project. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanx. -- Jim

Yeah, the Cont 65. Sorry I've been away from this post for SO long. Have not been in touch with my friend either. He travels a lot.
Hope to hook up with some of you guys at Middletown.

Some of the exhaust overhaul places do not need a complete exhaust to "overhaul," they just need some of the pieces.

Wonder if you could find some "pieces" and send them to overhaul, ending up with what you need?

Jim,
I searched for a very long time and was never able to find a left hand head pipe. I ended using a D taylorcraft set-up with a custom muffler. If you make Middletown I can give you some additional information.
