Believe that they are sold new but are not cheap. I would also keep an eye on Barnstormers and Ebay as they do show up there from time to time. I found a set on Ebay a while back and had them reconditioned, then sold one of them to a friend.
If you find some that are in bad condition they can be repaired, no matter the condition. The repair is not cheap either but better than buying them new.
Do you know that you can also put a Cessna C-150 muffler and exhaust system on your plane? Its not stock but works and from what I hear works well and at a much lower price than the Hanlon Wilson's. Requires a 337 form but many people have done this so there is past history that helps in getting this approved.
That said, the Hanlon Wilsons are the best for your plane. If you can find them would lean in that direction if possible.

Dawley can build you a new set for about $1000, but you have to supply them with a 'original' piece. A crushed tailpipe or a couple junk flanges would work. They have to have something they can be "rebuild".
