Just ordered new rod end bearings for my ailerion control linkages. The women who took my order did not have a clue. Joe or Dan sure would have. They probably would have had the part numbers memorized. The "order taker" said 2 day shipping, well that was a 10 days ago and I have not seen the bearings. Really is to bad that we have lost that resource and the customer service that Safe Air offered. I have not had real good luck with Wag in the past. I sure am glad that I had my gear legs overhauled and had boughten most of the parts needed for the completion of my rebuild before Wag ruined Safe Air. Just my 2 cents.....Andy
