11CC Cleveland Mechanical Brakes to Hydraulic

After multiple calls to Parker's Cleveland Wheel and Brake division
I have found that replacement Wheel and Drums for The Cleveland DMB mechanical brakes are available. Original part # 3050 / Cleveland part # 40-7. 2008 list prices were a Painful $3460/each.
Wag Aero has an STC'd Brake Conversion kit OEM #SAR8 for the 7EC which shares the same gear leg/axel as the 11AC,BC,CC. Per Tom O'Neil at Wag Aero the kit will fit an 11CC gear leg/axel. The Kit is about $2K.
What I need to work out is a way to attach an aviation grade master cylinder to my 11CC toe pedals +/- remote reservoir and line routes.
Given that I would spend around $7k to replace the mechanical brakes that would still have a 500hour inspection AD, investing around $4K to get brakes that would have parts for the next 20years and no AD seems like a reasonable goal. My FSDO will consider a well planned and executed conversion.
There is another thread in this forum about Toe Brake conversions for 11AC, held by the late Buzz Wagoner. Has anyone done this conversion and was it for hydraulic brakes? Could you supply details?
Burl Rogers also holds an STC for hydraulic brakes on the 15AC sedan which had the same sand cast brake pedals as the 11CC. Anyone have this conversion and is also willing to give details?
