Exhaust Paint

Anyone had any luck with a good exhaust paint? I do not want to use spray if at all possible.

Todd, you could plate it with chrome or some other powder paint. But that becomes a problem if you ever have to weld a repair. The only way to remove a baked on finish is too grind it or get it red hot with a torch and sprits water on it. Either way, the finish is ruined and would have to be re-coated or rattle-canned.

But others probably have a better alternative.

Anyone ever tried "Jet-Hot" on an aircraft exhaust system? They sure look good on cars.
