You see them from time to time on Ebay, or also have seen them on the internet at some old airplane sources.

Mike, Lloyd got his thru a friend he used to work with at Lockheed in Marietta, Ga. He no longer has a contact or we would set you up. Sorry we couldn't help, David J.
