Just got an email from Jodi Bradt at American Champion concerning the 11CC
The lower door frame, longeron between gear bolts and upper empennage longeron are all level and can be used.
the horizontal stabilizer should be -5.9* when level, so my measurement of -6.2* wasn't far off using the front floorboard.
the wing should be 1* using the true chord, so don't have a good number for measuring the bottom of the wing yet.
